Automated Assembly and Machine
Vision Inspection Systems |

conceptual design, quoting, mechanical and electrical engineering, programming,
manufacturing, assembly, installation and commissioning at the customer’s
facility.
Our engineering staff has over 100
years combined experience in the design and build of automated assembly
equipment. The engineering department is efficient, highly qualified, and
experienced in the production of automated systems and vision inspection.
Our controls engineering experience includes a wide variety of hardware and
software, networking at the device level, and integration with higher level
systems. A typical station HMI would include manual machine controls and
fault messages; optionally, incorporating machine setup controls and fault
diagnostics monitored by the station’s control system.
Our mechanical engineering experience includes a wide variety of manual and
automated assembly work stations as well as synchronous and non synchronous
assembly systems. Each station, or large assembly system, is always
designed for maximum machine life, ease of maintenance and accessibility.
Mechanical drawings are generated using Solidworks.
Controls drawings are generated using 2D AutoCad
Electrical.
